Deborah Blair, CPA, CGMA

Owner/Founder

Debbie has over 30 years of accounting, tax, finance, and business experience—both in public practice and private industry. She assists small- and medium-sized businesses, business owners, and non-profit organizations with accounting, tax preparation, business formation, tax planning, and consulting and advisory services.  She started the firm in 2019, which is now serving over 450 clients.  Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Realtor.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals. 

Debbie recently served for 7 years as treasurer and board member of Maryland CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Association and is currently treasurer and board member for two local non-profit organizations.

Debbie lives in Ellicott City with her husband, Bill and daughter, Jackie.

Sharon Price

Senior Accountant

Sharon has worked in public accounting since 1995, and she has worked for our firm since October 2020.  Sharon previously worked for a firm we acquired, so she has worked with some of our clients for 20+ years.   She prepares personal taxes and business tax returns, personal property tax returns, sales and use returns and quarterly and annual payroll reports.   She also has extensive accounting/bookkeeping experience, working for various small businesses for the past 40+ years.  Sharon supports QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, Sage, and Xero.

Sharon is active in her community being a member of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company auxiliary since 2001.  She has also been the treasurer for the Harford County Republican Central Committee since 1994.

Sharon lives in Forest Hill with her husband, Joe.

Amy Miller

Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Amy is excited to join the staff to provide excellent customer service to our valued clients.  She has many years of experience in supporting teams, large and small, in the corporate and non-profit sectors.  Her most recent role was Children’s Ministry Director at New Hope Community Church.  Amy lives in Catonsville with her husband Joe and two sons.
